DUTIES:

Inbound Customer Sales Agents (“CSA”) receive product knowledge, customer service skills and system training during the training session.

CSAs are responsible for successfully presenting DirecTV packages and assisting customers in selecting the right package. All CSAs are supported by training and management teams who are dedicated to assisting all CSAs to meet or exceed goals. In addition, VXI’s Quality Assurance department is responsible for monitoring calls to ensure each and every CSA is performing their job to the company standards.
