DUTIES:

Inbound Technical Support Agents (“TSA”) receive product knowledge, customer service skills and system training during the training session. TSAs are responsible for successfully handling customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries; offering alternative solutions where appropriate; handling activating new customer accounts, and protecting/collecting revenues and adjusting customer accounts. TSAs may be required to achieve a sale quota. All TSAs are supported by training and management teams who are dedicated to assisting all TSAs to meet or exceed goals. In addition, VXI’s Quality Assurance department is responsible for monitoring calls to ensure each and every TSA is performing their job to the company standards.
