Our client is a successful and rapidly growing SaaS company in Cleveland, OH.  They are currently seeking Customer Marketing Manager who is experienced in marketing communications.  This open role is due to continued rapid growth and is a key catalyst between clients and Customer Success teams.  A unique role in Cleveland, this is a great opportunity to flex your creative muscles to directly impact and enhance client engagement.


  • Manage client marketing communications in collaboration with the Customer Success (CS) organization to increase visibility, engagement and retention
  • Lead communications and develop materials to facilitate adoption of our client within accounts, from the welcome package through key events in the client lifecycle
  • Coordinate the client marketing calendar for timely communications and touch-points
  • Work with marketing, sales and Customer Success to design and execute up-sell programs
  • Write and produce compelling multi-channel content based on client experiences such as testimonial videos, written case studies, blogs, etc.
  • Create and run a proactive reference program that can be leveraged by multiple groups within our client including sales, marketing and product development
  • Lead an advocacy program on behalf of their clients and drive customers to become advocates by participating in case studies, webinars, presentations, referrals, etc.
  • Develop additional content and communications as needed to support overall marketing initiatives
  • 5+ years’ marketing communications experience in B2B technology marketing (client communications strategies in a SaaS business is a plus)
  • Proven ability to interact with clients at all levels, from employees to executives, and distill conversations and interactions into compelling communications and content
  • Excellent writing skills and significant experience producing content across a range of channels
  • Experience with client reference and referral programs
  • Technically savvy
  • High sense of urgency, very driven with ability to understand and prioritize initiatives
  • Works well to coordinate across departments and align with overall business objectives
