Our client, located in Canton, Oh, is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist. They are family owned B2C company that has been in business for 25+ years and is financially very stable. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute a growing, in house, and analytically driven marketing team to help expand their digital marketing efforts.
The Marketing Automation Specialist will be part of our client’s Marketing team and will be responsible for design, implementation and execution of Marketing campaigns. This critical piece of their Digital Marketing organization is responsible for implementing campaigns based on the companies strategic goals to acquire new customer leads.
They are seeking someone who is capable of understanding marketing campaign objectives, is great at managing deadlines and is extremely detail oriented. The Marketing Automation Specialist will ensure consistent campaign execution to accelerate demand generation productivity. This candidate will work closely and collaboratively with a variety of teams including key executives, other marketing team members, sales, and client support.
Participate in the management and maintenance of the Marketing email and event calendar.
Understand target audiences to execute segmentation for outbound communications.
Execute campaign strategy to drive engagement.
Participate in database health and growth initiatives.
Ensure processes are in place to maintain the integrity of the database.
Support the management of marketing automation system (Pardot).
Build, test, and deploy marketing emails using Pardot.
Implement Lead Scoring to evaluate the value of and facilitate the automatic routing of high value leads to sales pursuits.
Gather results for all email campaigns and activities and report back on those results.
Contribute to enhancements or updates to marketing automation platform and configuration.
Assist in training global teams to ensure adoption and scale of marketing automation technology.
Understand bilateral data structures with CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing automation systems.
Perform data extraction as necessary.
Regulate the use of data to ensure prevention of database fatigue.
3-5 years of experience with marketing automation systems (Pardot preferred, but any similar system such as HubSpot or Marketo are acceptable)
Must have experience interfacing with Salesforce as a user and consumer of CRM data
Exposure to Lead Score Models is highly preferred
Systematic approach to problem solving
Good understanding of analytics and reporting
Awareness of current marketing trends and technologies
Excellent communicator and team player
Superb attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications, preferred
