3. Review and approve all graphics and web corrections, print proofs, laser proofs, printed samples and insertion sign-offs.


4. Review total product presentation and collateral materials such as backends, product instruction sheets, etc. on all projects to ensure that the product is presented to the customer per the writer's instructions.


5. Follow up on projects to ensure that assigned deadlines are met. Must know the status of projects at all times. Proactively seek out direction from Brand Manager on job priorities, recognizing that work flow, project submissions and priorities change daily. Schedule and prioritize daily work flow to achieve the timely completion of all projects on or before the date promised. 


6. Mange all projects going through their Brand Division. Work with Brand Manager to ensure that branding standards are met on all promotions.


7. Maintain and distribute weekly development schedule.


8. Any special duties as determined by the Brand Manager.
