Project Estimator/Manager
A well established, successful and growing company in business for over 20 years, located in Northeast Ohio is in need of a full time Project Estimator/Manager to oversee our Sheet Metal division with specific and verifiable experience in architectural, industrial, commercial, and residential roofing sheet metal.
We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail oriented, able to do accurate job take-offs from blue prints, who possesses good written and verbal communication skills and have basic computer skills. This individual will be responsible for all facets of estimating, pre-construction meetings, dealings with building owners, architects and consultants and managing multiple sheet metal projects.
