HIRING HOURLY MANUFACTURING POSITIONS
We are expanding our production and are looking to fill the following positions at our facilities in both Akron (393 W. Wilbeth Rd.) and Barberton (361 Fairview Ave.) on all 3 shifts!! Come join the growing family at Malco Products! Hourly rates of pay ranging from $13.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour!
Compounder - able to operate a variety of blending equipment. Some heavy lifting required / mechanically inclined.
Material Handler - Safely operates material handling equipment and tow motors; performs designated activities for assigned production lines.
Set-up Mechanic – Must have mechanical ability to perform normal maintenance repair, troubleshoot, diagnose & make necessary repairs on production equipment. Pay based on prior experience.
Maintenance Mechanic / Electrician - Ablity to perform normal maintenance repairs on factory equipment; ability to work with & repair motors; willing & able to perform a wide variety of maintenance functions. Pay based on prior experience.
Machine Operator– safely operate machinery, no experience necessary.
Filler or Labeler Operator - Safely operate filling equipment, no experience necessary.
- We have a signing bonus of $250 after an employee works 90-days and is in good standing. They can receive an additional $250 after 1-year of employment in good standing.
- You can earn an additional $1.50 per hour or $60 per week in an attendance incentive for working a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday; 8-hours per day.
- After 2-months of perfect attendance, an employee can earn a “free day,” which is a paid day off.
- Referral bonus! $250 after the employee has worked 90-days and is in good standing. An additional $250 after 1-year of employment in good standing.
