Become a Machine Operator for our Electroplating production lines, no prior experience required!

Responsibilities

- Follow instruction on Process Instructions

- Ensuring Customer Requirements on Process Order are met

- Consistently and Uniformly load and unload production line

- Routinely review analytical sheet

- Perform chemical maintenance

- Calculate load sizes, plate times, proper amps, proper cycles

- Recognize conforming and non-conforming product

- Record all jobs with quality checks

- Properly maintain traceability of product through production line and onto next process area

- Effectively communicating with others who you are relieving as well as with those taking over the line.

- Safely and efficiently operating production line

- Housekeeping of the assigned production line

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
