Do you enjoy being creative?  Interaction with customers and providing a product that they will enjoy for years to come?  We are looking for someone who has a desire for maintaining strong relationships with our landscape supply, and bulk materials to construction, landscape contractors, and DIY homeowners.  Provide them with estimates and costs for their needs.  Have a sense of accomplishment knowing you helped customers create something they love.  Come join us! 

  • Processes customer inquiries
  • Coordinate deliveries, terms, and order changes
  • Record and communicate order acknowledgments
  • Compile quotations from price lists
  • Advise customers of order changes
  • Maintain and organize documents, reports, logs, and files as requested
  • Issue purchase orders to replenish stock as needed
  • Utilize company ERP system to manage, monitor and record data
  • Strives to continually improve the effectiveness of all processes and procedures
  • Balances team and individual responsibilities
  • Contributes to building a positive team spirit
  • Supports everyone's efforts to succeed

 Education

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • A high school diploma with related experience may also be considered
  • Valid and clean Driver’s License
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and ERP system
