Responsibilities:

  • Greet and guide customer as they appear at our campus to proceed into the sales process
  • Take incoming sales calls and respond to incoming internet leads
  • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features in the showroom and on the lot
  • Conduct a needs analysis and provide customer with vehicle options
  • Share purchase and lease options and complete price quotes
  • Build strong rapport with customers
  • Complete paperwork with customer and provide vehicle walk around at delivery
  • Follow up with customer after the sale

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of  Sales experience
  • Proven sales track record
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
  • Quality customer service skills and sales track record
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, in-person and over the phone
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
  • Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background, drug)
