We are North America's largest bulk transportation and logistics provider to the petroleum and specialty products industries. At the Kenan Advantage Group (KAG), we operate three unique platforms to include:

• Fuels Delivery Group - the largest component of our business. We deliver refined petroleum products and renewable fuels, including gasoline, diesel, aviation and ethanol to our customers. Our short-haul, "last mile" delivery of fuel products from pipelines, railcars and refineries to gasoline stations, fuel marketers and other end users is a vital link in the country's energy distribution network. Annually, KAG delivers 25 billion gallons of refined petroleum products in the United States.
• Specialty Products Group - ranging from chemicals to food grade products. With the 2008 acquisition of Chicago-based Transport Service Co., KAG is now one of the largest bulk transporters of chemicals and food grade products in the United States. The company focuses on delivering liquid and dry bulk chemicals along with liquid food products such as sweeteners and oils.
• KAG Logistics Group - the industries first, fully automated end-to-end logistics service provider. KAG Logistics focuses on maximizing value for our customers through design and delivery of nationwide supply chain solutions. It supports our other business platforms such as the transportation of petroleum-based fuels and renewable fuels, and an emerging line of services for the specialty products industry. KAG Logistics is a single source provider for optimizing fuel inventory management and cost performance, carrier or fleet scheduling, real-time delivery monitoring, carrier management and procurement, integrated billing and payment, and performance reporting. Additionally, to support the renewable fuels industry, KAG Ethanol Logistics provides total supply chain solutions from production point to end users.

 

KAG operates approximately 100 terminals and 98 satellite locations, generating annualized revenues exceeding $800 million. Our customer base includes many of the major oil companies, truck stop chains, convenience stores, hypermarkets, aviation fuel marketers and other national and regional petroleum marketers. We also service chemical manufacturers and manufacturers of bulk liquid food products. We are the only independent fuels delivery carrier with a nationwide network, having operations in 32 states and the ability to deliver within all 48 states of the continental United States and Canada.

We have grown substantially through strategic acquisitions and internal growth. Since 2000, we have expanded from 14 to 32 states and extended our infrastructure with 8 acquisitions and 22 private fleet conversions. This growth resulted in increased revenues from approximately $7 million in 1992, to annualized revenue of over $800 million today.
